How are Bear Trail Bikes shipped to customers?
All bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled in heavy-duty reinforced boxes. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost using the included multi-tool.
What is your return policy for mountain bikes?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return your bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply if the bike shows significant signs of trail wear.
Do Bear Trail Bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, every frame is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as forks, drivetrains, and brakes are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties for 1-2 years.
Can I finance my purchase?
Absolutely. We partner with Klarna and Affirm to offer flexible monthly payment plans at checkout, allowing you to ride now and pay over time.
How do I choose the right frame size?
We provide a comprehensive sizing chart on every product page based on height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for stability or sizing down for more technical maneuverability.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at the final stage of checkout.
